Hayden Falls #2, our beautiful condominium community northwest of Columbus, is situated on the eastern side of the scenic Scioto River, just 2.5 miles south of Dublin. A lovely wooded ravine wends through our community of tree-lined streets. The 38 well-maintained, ranch and hillside-ranch brick buildings house 93 spacious, street-level residences sprawled over 17+ verdant acres.

The Hayden Falls #2 Condominium was established on April 20, 1993. It is administered by the Hayden Falls Condominium No. 2 Owners' Association, an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (aka “Hayden Falls #2” or “HF2”).
