The HF2 Owners' Association is your association. Members have a voice in the governance of this community through the Board of Trustees, which the members elect. As an owner, you are urged to learn about the governance and functioning of the association . . .
. . . introduce yourself to the board members and committee members. Plan to attend the Annual Meeting in September/October. Run for open board seats. Ask committee members how you can assist. Volunteer to get things done for the community. Bring common area issues to the attention of the board member in charge of facilities. Make suggestions about community needs. There are many ways you can help your community. Hayden Falls #2 is a great place to live; let’s help our association make it even better!

The makeup of the Board is trustees elected for staggered 3-year terms. The Board shall have at least three officers (president, secretary and treasurer).
