HF2 Declaration of Condominium

This page gives you access to view and download the original 1993 Declaration of Condominium, which also includes the property descriptions and original bylaws of the Owners' Association.

The Declaration of Condominium* document (sometimes known as the Master Deed) is the fundamental legal document that established Hayden Falls Condominium #2. It provides for the governance, use and maintenance of the condominium property. It is regulated by Ohio Statute (ORC 5311),  and provides for the Hayden Falls Condominium No. 2 Owners' Association to be the Administrator of the Condominium.

      *A condominium is a common-interest community under Ohio's real-estate law. Upon purchase of a condominium unit an owner is a mandatory member of the association (ORC. § 5311.05(B)(7).
