HF2 Website Purposes and Usage Guidelines -- The HF2 Website is the property of the Hayden Falls Condominium #2 Owners’ Association. It is provided and maintained for the purposes of:

enabling timely and pertinent information between the Board and the residents of the HF2 Community;
fostering harmony, neighborliness, and pride within the Community;
facilitating easier communications among HF2 neighbors.

These Guidelines apply to all who use this HF2 website. We recognize that we are a neighborhood of people with a variety of experiences, backgrounds, and mindsets. Each person who uses this website will play an important part in keeping the HF2 website relevant and safe for all our users. We firmly expect and greatly appreciate your help in ensuring that all our communications and content will remain positive and courteous . . . . .

Be a good citizen -- Interact, connect, and treat others with respect.
Stay on topic -- Keep your content relevant.
Know our rules. Your use of the HF2 website and its communications facilities are subject to these Guidelines:
- If you see comments or other content that violates these usage guidelines, please report it to our Webmaster.
- If any user does not follow these rules, we may take action which could include content removal, suspension of commenting privileges, etc. We will do our best to ensure fairness, but in all cases, we reserve the right to suspend accounts, or remove content, without notice, for any reason, but particularly to protect our users, and the Association. While these Guidelines don't create a contractual obligation for us to act in any particular manner, we will try our best to enforce these Guidelines fairly.

Safety for All: The following types of content are prohibited from the HF2 Website

Threats of Violence --Threats of violence directed at individuals or groups.
Terrorism --Content that promotes, encourages, or incites acts of international terrorism or domestic violent extremism
Child Exploitation -- Content that sexualizes minors or promotes sexual abuse
Hateful Speech or Activity --Content of any type that incites hatred or advocates violence against a person or group based on their actual or perceived race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, health condition, disease, or political views or affiliation
Self-Harm --Content that promotes or glorifies suicide or other self-harm
Gore and Mutilation -- Content that depicts or promotes severe bodily injury, torture or mutilation of humans or animals
Adult Content --Content that features nudity, including male or female genitals
Harassment and Bullying --Personal attacks on others, especially residents of the HF2 Community
Human Trafficking and Prostitution -- The use of this site to facilitate sex trafficking, other forms of human trafficking, or commercial sexual activity
Illegal Drugs -- Depictions of illegal drug use and descriptions of how to manufacture or procure illegal drugs, or the purchase and sale thereof
Illegal Activity -- Content that promotes or facilitates any illegal activity

Protecting User Privacy

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Doxing --No one may post sensitive personal information about themselves or others.
Privacy Invasions --Content that promotes, facilitates, or documents the invasion of another person’s legitimate expectation of privacy.

Maintaining the Integrity of this Website

Non-genuine Behavior (Misinformation, Disinformation, and Impersonation) --Any content designed to, or that could, mislead, defraud, or otherwise harm residents of the HF2 Community is prohibited.
Spam/Resource Abuse/Malware --You may not use this website to send bulk unsolicited messages or post content of any type that is repetitive, off-topic, or designed to solicit commercial activity or direct it to another website. You may not create or use multiple accounts for the purpose of promoting or suppressing content posted by you or others, or to defeat the security and content moderation tools used by this website. This website may not be used for phishing or to transmit viruses, malware, or any other items of a destructive nature. Do not take actions that would interfere with the operation of networks, servers, or other infrastructure related or connected to this website or its host.

Copyright and Intellectual Property -- Content that violates a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right held by someone else may not be posted.
